Good to know
Questions, answered
Will it stay on while I ski?
It weighs just 36g and holds on with a magnetic clip. For helmets and bikes, use the mounts in the box.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 90 minutes of filming at 4K with Wi-Fi off, or up to 150 minutes at 1080p. It films while it charges, so you can plug it into a power bank on the lift.
Does it work in the cold?
Yes, but cold drains every battery faster, phones included. Keep it under your jacket on the lift and it'll last longer.
How do I get videos onto my phone?
Connect to the camera over Wi-Fi with the free app and download your clips, or put the memory card in a computer.
Is a memory card included?
Yes. Every Alpyn comes with a 64GB memory card already in the box, so it's ready to film the day it arrives.
How does delivery work?
Delivery is free and tracked. We email your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Can I return it?
Yes. Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and Christmas gifts can be returned until 31 January 2027. Every Alpyn also has a 1-year warranty.
